RIVAL Premier League bosses have joined forces to give new Sheffield signing Josef Franc the seal of approval.
Tigers co-promoter David Hoggart was a guest of Newcastle at their Fans Forum on Tuesday alongside Sky Sports presenter and former Owlerton mic man Nigel Pearson.
Hoggart and Diamonds boss George English both believe Franc could prove to be the signing of the season.
Said English: "If Pepe applies himself properly Sheffield will have a heck of a signing on their hands. He could prove to be a brilliant addition to their side."
And Hoggart said: "He's been a joy to deal with so far and we look forward to seeing him in action. We think we've made a good move and we've worked his busy diary out pretty well."
